Refund Policy
Last updated: 27 April 2026
1. Overview
FORTE/CYBERx mission credits are digital, single-use items consumed at the moment a mission is initiated. AI inference cost is incurred at submission and cannot be reversed.
2. Unused credits — 14-day cooling-off
Where you have purchased a credit pack and have not yet consumed any creditsfrom that pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Partial pack consumption disqualifies the entire pack from refund.
Promotional credits — including the new-account signup bonus and credits earned via the referral programme — are not eligible for refund at any time, as no monetary consideration was paid for them. They may also be revoked under the circumstances described in Terms §3.
3. Consumed credits
Once a credit is consumed (i.e. a mission is initiated, regardless of whether you read the Output), it is non-refundable. We charge no surcharges, expiry fees, or maintenance fees on remaining credit balances. AI inference cost incurred with our upstream LLM providers is not recoverable from those providers and accordingly cannot be refunded by us.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service is materially broken, misrepresented, or fails to perform its core function, you remain entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) under the ACL.
Disputed transactions may also be raised directly with your card issuer or with Stripe via the standard chargeback process; we ask that you contact us first via §5 below so we can resolve the issue without an external dispute where possible.
5. How to request a refund
Submit a request via /support with topic "Account / Billing", include your Stripe receipt number and the email address on your account, and we will respond within one (1) business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund decisions are recorded against your account audit log for your reference.
