What are Mission Deliverables?
Mission Deliverables are the artefacts produced when you run a mission through the AI Council. Every mission includes a Tactical Execution Plan. When the AI detects the right context, it also adds a Crisis Response Plan, a Cyber Incident Response Playbook, or an ISO 27001 / ISO 42001 policy template — so you walk away with decision-ready documents, not just advice.
Why is there a dedicated Deliverables step in the wizard?
Deliverables used to sit at the bottom of the Review screen and were easy to miss. Promoting it to its own step makes sure every team sees what will be generated, can opt in to the AI-recommended runbooks and policy template, and can adjust before the council runs.
Why do some deliverables stay locked?
Runbooks and policy templates only unlock when the AI Council detects that your mission warrants them — a breach scenario for the Crisis Response Plan, a hands-on technical incident for the Cyber Incident Response Playbook, or a governance / policy gap for an ISO template. This keeps deliverables tightly relevant rather than cluttering every mission.
Which Australian and international frameworks do deliverables reference?
Tactical plans align to the ACSC Essential Eight maturity model. Crisis Response Plans reference OAIC Notifiable Data Breaches, APRA CPS 234, SOCI Act and ASIC obligations. Cyber Incident Response Playbooks are anchored to NIST SP 800-61r2 and ACSC guidance. ISO Policy Templates align to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management.
Can I edit deliverables after they are generated?
Yes. Deliverables live inside the Tactical Plan view, can be regenerated, printed and emailed. The ISO Policy Template includes a title page and full document control block so it is ready to take into a management review or board pack.
Is there an extra credit cost?
No. Deliverables are included with the mission credit — there is no separate charge for runbooks or policy templates the AI flags as relevant.
