A 90-day technology roadmap for growing SMEs
A practical sequence for stabilising risk, clarifying priorities and creating delivery momentum.
Days 1-30: establish the truth
Map business priorities, critical services, spend, contracts, security exposure, delivery commitments and stakeholder frustration. Identify which assumptions are unsupported and which decisions cannot wait.
Create one view of priorities and explicitly stop work that has no sponsor or outcome.
Days 31-60: choose the path
Compare options across value, risk, dependency, cost and capacity. Confirm owners, sequencing and the evidence required for executive approval.
Separate quick stabilisation from structural change so urgent work does not consume the entire roadmap.

Days 61-90: create operating rhythm
Launch the highest-value moves, establish measures and board reporting, and resolve vendor or capability gaps. The roadmap becomes credible when governance continues after the initial presentation.
