Do you work on-site in Sydney?
Yes. We are based on the Central Coast and serve Sydney on-site — the CBD, North Sydney, Parramatta and Macquarie Park — with an on-site discovery week or fortnightly working sessions, and remote delivery in between. Remote-only engagements are equally welcome.
Are you the right fit for a small business?
Most of our clients are SMEs and NFPs: organisations large enough that AI decisions are material, but not large enough to carry a full-time CIO, CISO or AI governance function. If you are a solo operator, we will usually point you at self-serve resources instead of selling you an engagement you do not need.
We have already rolled out Copilot — can you help?
Yes, and it is a common starting point. We inventory what is deployed and what staff actually use, assess over-shared data and permission exposure in your Microsoft 365 tenant, then phase the rollout properly with sensitivity labels, DLP and an acceptable-use policy. The goal is to keep the productivity you have already gained while closing the exposure it created.
Do you provide managed services, staff placement or software?
No. FORTE/CYBERx is an advisory and enablement practice. We design and stand up the governance and controls, and we hand over artefacts your team or your existing providers operate. We do not place staff, run a managed security operation or resell licences.
